I am looking for a plugin or feature in the newspaper theme where
A guest with writing skills completes registration as an author
While approving, there is an option to add the author as;
Paid per Post: Based on the number of posts published, he gets credit. The rate of credit/Post is set in the backend by the admin
Paid per Post Engagement: Based on the number of views, the author is paid. (Option to select number of visits per IP/day will be counted for this | Bot Blockers | Ad Blocker Based Counter | Number of seconds required for counting it in)
If this can be implemented, it will be great. Any plugin type of thing on paying extra (if introduced) Its okk.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have this type of system built-in, and I’m not aware of any existing solution that would work exactly as you’ve described. To implement this functionality, it would require custom development. At this time, I’m not sure if it’s something that could be added as a native feature of the theme.
