I believe when you contact support they are not the real support. They have been hacked. DO NOT give them you login details to Wp Admin!!

Hi,
If you contacted us via email at contact@tagdiv.com then you got in the right place.
In case that you was asked to provide wp-admin access most probably it is because our developers want to investigate this case and see why this problem is display when the theme is already activated.
If you do not want to provide access or you have doubts , you can reply via email and the things will be clarified.
This problem can be solved by reset and re-activate the theme, after that the problem should be solved.
