Hello,
My website is http://www.otakunz.co.nz/ but it’s currently in Maintenance Mode.
I’m trying to change my permalink settings from “Day and Name” to “Post Name” but when I click Save Changes I get redirected to /wp-admin/options-permalink.php which displays this https://gyazo.com/a6ff90da403e0847c185a8eb1d2f21b7
I’ve done a bit of research and I’ve tried everything. Apparently the only thing that could be preventing this is the theme.
It’d be great to have some insight onto this problem 🙂

Try to re-save your permalinks from the panel and check the results. Also, you should read more information about these from here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
