Hello tagdiv,
I made the mistake of keep /numeric/ permalink rather than /postname/ permalink. I have tried changing it but all the links with over 1k shares and likes don’t redirect. They land on a 404 pages. Is there anything I could do to make it redirect? I have tried plugins that didn’t work. Wanted to know if you had a solution for your theme or any advice. Thank you.

This isnt a theme problem 😛 You must to set postname on permalinks also you can try use permalink finder plugin. 🙂
