Does the same happen if you disable the theme and use a default WordPress theme? The theme doesn’t affect the permalink structure you set in WordPress settings, so the links should be the same regardless of the theme being active or not.
Using postname in the permalinks should display the post name

yes, same thing happened, when I switch to the default WordPress theme.
as an example my post name is “যেসব ৫জি মোবাইল ফোন আসছে বাজারে” but the link appears like this “https://nbobangla.com/যেসব-৫জি-মোবাইল-ফোন-আসছে-ব/” see this is happening to each post. Please help me to get rid of this problem.
even, I manually edit the slug but it didn’t change.
The permalink length is limited by WordPress from what I can find. Like Calin mentioned in this topic
