Hi,
We have two questions:
– Can the name of the author of a photo be included in the default post template?
– Can the mobile version be deactivated so that it also loads the normal one on these devices?

You can use captions for photos: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-caption-to-images-in-wordpress/
And you can deactivate the mobile theme plugin and you will see the responsive version.
