Can anyone on a simple way not like HTLM Codes. a way to make the pictures normal?

The theme uses the ad_image_size() function to create the thumbnails used on posts and pages – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size
The thumbs are used to speed up the page load speed, large images will slow it down.

i don’t understand a single word or how to solve my problem with that information.
Is it possible that you write how.. and i mean how to change it, not a guide.

The images will be cropped, a center top cropping to be more exact. That would be the best method overall. Each module will use a cropped thumbnail of a predefined size. Some images look better, it all depends on original image

That particular module has a narrower thumbnail as it can be seen, so best you try other blocks in this case. You can see them all here

You could also use a flex block, that has multiple settings. Try to experiment with it as well.
