Pixelated background

When I put an image 1920×1080 Px or more quality and all appear pixelated, What is the problem?

Hello alanmtzh,

Please ensure that you have selected the full size for your image when you set it for your background, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/x08jN9ndBP
I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as properly the background image will not be pixelated.
