Hi there, we are facing a problem with BigGrid Flex Blocks and general Flex Blocks.
When there is no image, then these blocks are shown destroyed or just with blue background since there is no placeholder image loaded.
We have a placeholder image in the dashboard which is showing fine for all other blocks.
Just the top block (flex block) somehow does mot pick up any placeholder image.

I see there is no issue on that page now. Did you solve the issue?
The issue could be from some caching tools that you use, a plugin conflict, or something that interferes with our theme.

Hi Bettina, thanks for getting back. That’s why I have shared a link. I can also take out the featured images and re-produce the issue. It does not seem to be a caching error as we only encounter the problem in the first block – the flex block (please see screenshots). For all other blocks the placeholder image is correctly showing.
