Hello newsera,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newsmag 3.2 and also, the most recent version of required plugins. Please keep in mind that the theme is fully tested and compatible with playlist and it should work fine. Try to setup again according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-video-playlist/ Clear all your caches and check the results.
