hi i have mistakebnly reassign the key to wrong domain which i don’t have anymore and not using theme on it.. and now i’m unable to cancel that and assign to my new domain.. i need it to assign at my domain umairpk.com.

For this request, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key that was mistakenly used. Please note that we can intervene only if the key was used correctly.
Normally, a license key is valid for one website only. You can review the ThemeForest license specifications here:

That said, we allow a license key to be used on two websites simultaneously, as we understand that most website owners need a staging or testing site in addition to the live site, and the theme must be activated there as well.
