I am still not able to insert shortcodes and the theme is not compatible with custom post types.
Please i need premium support, i need to finish this website by the 3th of May.. please tell me straight what i am up to because i might as well give up on this Newspaper theme and ask for my money back and try to rebuild the entire website using a different theme. I was very happy with the Newspaper theme but i’m very disapointed now.. can you please let me talk to a developer?
Suddenly my footer disappeared, i don’t if this happend because i assigned a ‘Mobile Page’ to my homepage.. i see the footer when i open the TagDiv composer but i don’t see it when testing live.. Please help:

I think this problem is caused by using two page builder.
I understand you have created a mobile page, please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent header like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/z924EIRIMr1Y
The same must be done for the footer.
