In the TECHNEWS demo, how do i bring the ‘What’s New’ and ‘Accessories’ blocks under the ‘Latest News’ block on the Homepage/frontpage? Please help out.

I believe I replied by dashboard. The latest articles section provided by the page template can’t be moved – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-page-templates/ it will always appear at the bottom of the page and it will use pagination.
A solution is to choose the default page template for the page in question, then add a block called latest articles and sorted by latest (which will function the same way basically) in the location you want. You can choose from the default blocks

Or use a flex block and it’s options to customize how it looks

You would need to edit the page template for that, if this is required. By default in a page that uses the latest articles template, first there will be the content of the page, and then the latest section – http://prntscr.com/nmb15u you could modify the order in the code, then check the results.
