Hi,
There would be nothing we can do on our side, your server is denying access to the WordPress admin ajax file, or maybe a security plugin or firewall.
Contact your hosting provider and mention this to them, they should be able to allow the theme access to the required WordPress file.

im using wordfence sir, is my wordfence plugin blocked this ajax request? if yes, can you help me to whitelisted this ajax request?

Hi,
Try to set WordFence firewall in learning mode in the settings
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/options/
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
Then check if the issue is solved.
