Usually, when the text with title (WP Editor) is not working it can be from a plugin conflict, if you have modSecurity on, or if you use cloudflare and you have rocket loader enable. Hi mikecfmedia and BLAY, please make sure that you have set the mod substitute in htaccess file https://i.imgur.com/VuMw1lq.png and you do not have any modSecurity enabled on host. Also you can make one more test using only theme plugins.
