You have really cool login form. I would like to use it. But there is problem. If you have membership plugin with different standard roles than standard. I am using S2member. Login form will jammed when login with S2member credentials. When you refresh it is ok. I think it will help if you add function refresh after login. It will lots of help. I hope you will repair it somedays and I will use your Login Form.

We created the login widget based on the standard use roles and capabilities of wordpress. If this list: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities is altered by a plugin, the login widget will not recognize other roles. We did not test our widget with custom user roles. Sorry.
