The customizer was not working. After deactivating plugins, i discovered it was a plugin conflict with WP Go To Webinar, is there anyway i can solve it?

Hi,
Not all plugins are compatible with the theme. If you are absolutely sure that plugin is causing issues, then maybe try other plugins that have the same capabilities and make tests. We have not tested that plugin, I could not say why it is happening or what a solution would be.
