I’ve looked for a solution to this but have found none.
I’m having trouble on the first step of setting up this theme. I’m getting:
Installing Plugin: tagDiv Composer
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from http://websiteurl.co.uk/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/plugins/td-composer.zip…
Download failed. cURL error 56: Failure when receiving data from the peer
Return to tagDiv plugins panel

Probably cURL not installed on your server?
So, you may need to have that working first, or install via FTP.

I’ve uploaded and activated them via plugin page, is that OK too?
