Plugin Issue

Hello TagDiv,
Hope you are doing great as all the time!

The theme and it’s child are installed and the child theme is active now.
When I active the plugin : td-multi-purpose
The wordpress dashboard and some part of the theme panel stay on loading or not loading like the font part!

Do u have any experience of this circumstances?

Hello Rahim,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest theme method and then, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch and check the results.
