Plugin not working correctly

I have everything working for the social encounter plug-in, its linking to my profiles its only that facebook and google+ for some reason will not show likes/fans or followers

P.S my google chrome console keeps showing me this error also

Uncaught TypeError: BannerFlow.feed.filter is not a function

Ok so just a quick update facebook is now connecting and getting the data it needs, google+ is still not working and yes i do have some followers definately more than 0 lol and just that error in my console just need to fix

Please make sure that you’re suing V 4.1 of Social Counter plugin which is included in theme’s patch and also make sure that you add your google plus user like here: http://screencast.com/t/Pzo4iKM5 Also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Social Counter, clear all caches then test the site again.
