we are looking to add additional feature to our website
Can you suggest some plugin to create events, download eBooks with email subscription, elearning which works seemlessly with newspaper theme without any issues …

Hello,
Sorry but we have not tested any such plugin. You will have to try a few of them out with a bit of trial and error and see how they work.
Maybe one of our users can help with a suggestion if they have experience with such a plugin.
