Dear, I want to design the beautiful Multimedia viewing and downloading page via TD Composer from the scratch. In this page, users can view and download the audio and video content. Plz help me in order to do so and provide me step by step guidance for that.

The downloading part would not be possible with composer elements. You can display videos in pages for example by embedding them in a text element

But for the viewers to be able to download them you would need a plugin, maybe something like this – https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-media-download/
With this plugin seems the videos have to be hosted by you, meaning they have to be present in the media library.
