Popular (7 days) – Theme counter (enable from panel) doesn't work

Hello,
I’ve tried to use the filter Popular (7day) from theme counter to display popular posts in the past 7 days https://gyazo.com/c3129c7f1d235729f89be1ddc284cb02
and I’ve followed instruction to enable the Theme Counter https://gyazo.com/fdad84bee10fcea9cf0b965a31fd4257 to several weeks ago. However, the filter doesn’t show any post at all.

As you can see: https://gyazo.com/630cbaa9830d2d107c88cde6572ff4a0 (red box) there is nothing there.

You have to enable post views from Theme Panel>Post settings>post and custom posts type>SHOW POST VIEWS(and click save). And also Theme Panel>Block Settings>7 days post sorting (and save).
