Popular post widget filter out posts on jetpack setting not working

I am using block 16 set to sort by site wide popular posts through jetpack setting.
I have entered (-4479, -3893, -5860, -7038, -3953,) in the “Post ID filter:” section to remove the top those posts from showing in the popular widget. However those posts still appear in the widget.

How can I run the popular posts widget but filter our certain posts?
As the method above is not working.

Widget is located bottom right hand sidebar here if that helps:

I want the ‘Ultimate guides’ for the cannabis, cobalt, lithium and vanadium articles to be filtered our of the ‘Trending Posts’ list.

Replied via another topic. You should do this from post ID filter from Block settings.

Please check my reply on the other thread as I included a screenshot.
I have put in the post ID numbers to filter out the posts, but they still appear.

Hello WakeUpCallProject,

Please remove all fo untested plugins, clear all the caches, also, make sure that your installed theme is the latest version of it and check the results. This option should works as expected. If do not, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information so we can access your setup page and also, so we can check the Post ID filter functionality.
