Popup Builder issue with register and unregister users

Hi,

We use the Pop up Builder and we have pop up videos.
Also we have the Ultimate Member plugin.

Suddenly the pop up was empty for public users and for the register users they can see the video of each pop up.

I deactivate the Ultimate Member and Ι re activate it and the issue was resolved. The public users can see the video on popup.

Do you know why does this happen?

Hello,

Unfortunately, these two plugins have not been tested with the theme, thus we have no idea where the issue could originate.
Perhaps it would be preferable to contact the plugin authors; perhaps they are aware of the issue and have resolved it, which is why it worked after reinstallation.
