This situation happens when the footer delayed load option is active and there is a global footer selected – the global footer is always displayed – even in posts, templates or pages with other footer templates.
Can you please check?

I can see that some links are redirecting to a new website; that’s why you have different footers there. On the same website, you always have the same footer.
