possible bug in tagDiv Composer

Hi There,
I found that tagDiv Composer plugin restricts link on image to fire. So in a result image itself pops up.
The code is something as below
a href=”https://anypagelink.com”>img src=”https://anyimage.jpg&#8221; /</a

When I deactivate the plugin then link on image works perfectly fine.
As tagDiv Composer is a required plugin for Newspaper theme so I can’t deactivate it.
Please update the plugin or suggest a workaround.

Hi, Im having the same issue, when I want to add a link to an image, it just opens up the image, and not the link.

I’m not sure exactly what setting you need?

a link to an image on internet is supposed to open that image yes. What else should it do ?

The post is not published, since its not working anyways. Its is just so simple that I cannot put a link to the image. It just opens in lightbox
