I’m getting an error with Javascript where icons for the datepicker are not loading in the frontend or the MyMail plugin in the backend. This may be related to a theme conflict with the MyMail plugin, but I’m uncertain wbat’s causing it.
Can you please assist?

Such errors can be caused by plugin conflicts. The plugin you mention is not tested with our theme so i cannot say for sure if it works properly with our theme. You can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and MyMail, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. If the problem is still there, you will have to replace mymail and find another plugin that works.

Thank you for the response.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace the plugin, it is the biggest newsletter plugin in the Envato market and is now deeply integrated into the site.
The datepickers don’t load datepicker next/prev icons in the frontend as well on FormCraft forms, so I don’t think this is just a plugin conflict with MyMail.
We have already created a tagdiv account for another issue, would you be so kind as to log in and confirm the errors we’re getting?

Hi,
If you disable that plugin and the errors disappear this mean that they come from that specific plugin. Also did you tested this without any other plugins active except Visual Composer and MyMail like Bogdan suggested? Just to make sure that there are no other conflicts between plugins.
