Possible theme/plugin conflict?

Hi guys,

I’m using a free WordPress plugin called Business Directory.
Before I purchased your Newsmag theme, the plugin worked fine.
Now I’m unable to send ‘The Listing Owner a Message’ when viewing a listing. When I try to send a message I get an error message saying ‘There was a problem encountered. Your message has not been sent’.
I’ve also emailed the plugin developer and I’m waiting for a response.
My WordPress and plugin versions are up-to-date.
Any help would be appreciated.

Theme doesnt manage emails, and on our sites we needed to add a SMTP plugin. Might not be issue, but also try turning on debug in Wp to see errors.
