Post Comment button change colour

Dear Support,

I would like to change the button color for each Post Comment button to my favorite color, but I don’t know where can change it. I tried to change the theme color on the theme panel. It seems not related to the button.

background-color: red;
}
.comments input[type=submit]:hover {
background-color: green;
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
If you are using single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you can edit the template and set the color on button -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bOfXk3Vq
