Hello,

I am trying to change the font style of my post content via theme options, but it is not changing. I changed other headings and menu fonts etc and they are working fine, but post content is not changing. My site link is http://www.cookingrecipes.com.pk

Kind Regards,

Hi,

I also tested this using the latest theme version and did not found any issues. Please make sure that you also use the latest theme version(4.6.2) and update the plugins that come with the theme files.
Use this guide if you need to update(FTP method): https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and you can fins theme’s plugins in the /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Also you can try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, empty cache and check if you still have this issue.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank You for replying to my thread. I don’t have access to my themeforest account. From where i can get the theme update beside that ?

I am using a child theme with some customization, is this issue may be due to that ?

Hi,

Themeforest is the only place you can download the latest version of our product so if you having trouble accessing your account there and download the theme’s update then I suggest you address the login issues you have to their support and resolve your account matters.

Test with the main theme and also make sure that you empty all caches after changing theme’s settings.
If this doesn’t help then also test without any plugins active.

Thanks

Hello Lucian,

Thank for the reply, fonts for menus and heading are changing, but post content fonts are not reflecting any changes.

Hi,

Please also try this without plugin active and provide wp-access via email so we can check this if you can’t manage to solve it.
Send a link to this tread and you admin login details at contact@tagdiv.com

Thanks!
