I am facing the problem is that the post draft is not showing properly and shows there’s has been a critical error on your website.
How could I solve this problem?
I have the same problem. In my case it’s because of the comments. The preview loads de comments, in my case by disqus , and it gives a critical error.
I have disabled the plugin, but the issue is still there

Did you tested only with theme plugins to make sure that is not a plugin conflict ?
If yes, please make a full backup and update the theme to v10.3.9.1 and let me know if the problem persist.

Dear, I do agree that there is an update available in the portal. But, I want to clarify that is is safe to upgrade to the newer version as there are many users who have found different errors by updating to new version of theme. Thanks for your understanding…
I have updated the theme to the latest version, but the problem still persists.
Hi great1212, so the problem with the preview is still persisting, please make a full backup and try only please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
