How can I get the editor while adding post??

I’ve successfully migrated the site. THe problem is I can’t add content to my post. When I add post, the content editor is missing. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I’ve renamed plugins folder, cleared cache and also the custom code (I’d used only custom css). Done all those things but still not worked. What might be the issue??? in deep trouble!!
