This is the default structure for td_module_18. So, if you want to add some functionality at this module, you need to edit the code from the theme core files from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3rAZ5HIFv7 This is not a simple task and if you want more customizations you need to do it yourself and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide cusotm work at the moment, sorry!
