There’s only ‘text’ format when i try to add new post. There’s no ‘visual” format.
i need the ‘visual’ format to create a new post.

The visual mode for editing posts should be available in WordPress’s editor here: http://screencast.com/t/fNkfT3NN I am not sure why is missing on your site but you can try to deactivate all plugins ten test the editor again.
