The indicated post inherits the background image from its category, http://chadwickstudios.com.au/category/beauty/ For this category you have set a background image: http://screencast.com/t/TrWQRSkwYxO which no longer exist on your server as the link goes to a 404 page: http://screencast.com/t/lhroON4u
Make sure you remove the background image from theme panel > category > beauty, clear all caches and test again.
