Post ID filter in widget bug

Hi,

I am using the post ID filter for excluding them in a tagDiv block 7 where I display a couple of posts sort by “Popular (side wide) – jetpack…”. But the filter is ineffective. The posts are still displayed.

Is there a known bug?

Hello Marc,

Please try to ignore the Jetpack functionality because it seems to be more problematic with our theme. Use the other filter and functionality from our theme and check the results.

Thanks. I did that and now no posts at all are displayed. I am using the WP Super Cache Plugin.

Now I switched off the cache plugin and cleared the chache and there are als no posts displayed.

Hello Testspiel,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins to avoid the plugins conflicts, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results.
