Post Images Suddenly Changed to Popout Slider On Click?

Hey guys,

I have a serious issue here that should have been told was going to effect all posts (old and new) in a new release. I just found out that when in a post, clicking on an image will show a popout instead of the images individual page. Nonetheless, it does not work: http://screencast.com/t/YOhyzSA6Hq0Q – this is from a post last year where the user could click the image and it would go to that images page. Not a popout slider…

Note: the “Gallery” type is set to “Default” if that matters.

Please advise!

Sorry about this, to disable the light-box on your gallery you have to remove this code here: http://screencast.com/t/9JcqGKdey
Should solve the problem.

You could also try to Edit your gallery and set it to link to Media in order to get the images in when you click on them in the post.
