If this posts loop is set with tagDiv Composer, please edit it and check these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/xqRPgrj.png also make sure that you do not have some plugins that are interfering with theme plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there s still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.

Indeed there are some posts in posts loop element in the category page that are older then others and still are displaying as latest posts. Please make sure that you clear all cache and check the plugin conflicts, usually these are the most causes of these problem.
