So on our site, all of our Writers use the Contributor user role and our Editor’s use the editors user role. We just realized that our Contributor’s can’t see the “Post Settings” box that is below the text area box. The box that houses like the Subtitle box, Source and Via boxes as well. Those are 3 items that we would really like our Writers to be able to access. Is there a way to make it so that the “Post Settings” box is visible to the Contributor user role??

Our the uses the default user roles of wordpress. We do not change any functionality of WordPress in this case. If you want to edit the user roles and add or remove any permissions, you will have to use plugins that can offer this kind of features as our theme has no such settings.
