The tagdiv post settings (General, Smart list, Reviews) usually located at the bottom of the post editor moved on the sidebar. HOW DO I move it back to the bottom of the post editor?

This is an option in latest WordPress version, to move them back from sidebar you’ll need to use the up and down arrows -> https://i.imgur.com/g3bmEtq.png ( click on up arrow until it is removed from sidebar).

It does not work for me. Plus any changes I make in the post editor preferences are not getting saved. When I open a new post I am getting “Welcome to the block editor” guide :). Sorry, I know this is a WordPress question and not a theme question, but it is so frustrating. Thank you.
