Hi!
After updating to 7.3 version i´ve detected a problem, that when someone without administrator role is writing an article, they don’t see “Post settings” block in the editor to set ‘subtitles’, ‘ratings’….
How could i fix it?

If the post settings do not appear on your site, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
