Post tags – over the Post

All the modules display the date and category tags. If these are not showing for you, please make sure they are enabled in the theme panel. The date can be enabled here for modules/blocks

The category tag can be enabled/disabled for each module

The date format can be changed if needed in the WordPress settings

So you want to move the tags and source/via bellow the top sharing in the post page. You will have to edit the post template used and make this modification. Example for default post template
