I mostly use Template 7 but I love Template 8 – but 8 seems to corrupt on mobile -the demo looks perfect on mobile – but when I use it on my site it creates a small strip of the body text to the left third of the screen (smartphone) – the large image is on the right hand two thirds. Tablet and desktop all fine. Would love to know if there’s a fix for this.
No cache no cdn no lazy load

Just a note: having tested again the problem affects portrait on tablet and smartphone – landscape renders perfectly- perhaps there is a solution now we know the issue?
No other templates are affected

I’ve checked your site ( http://westbridgfordwire.com/) and i saw the problem on mobile. These errors comes from another plugin when you are using and also you have some errors in console – http://screencast.com/t/e2kcSwW86q
Please disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and try it again.

The mobile problem with the template 8 still exists – yet I now do not use the plugin that caused the original issue (Estatik) could you re-check for any other conflicts love the template 🙂
I cleared cache between attempts and restarted browsers etc. Will try on a different mobile browser to Safari too. On iOS 9.1

I’ve checked your site and now i do not saw any problems, everything seems to work perfectly. Unfortunately, that plugin is not tested with our template and maybe produce some conflicts with our theme, sorry! I suggest to use only the tested plugins. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Yes that’s ok no need for that plugin anyway now – I should have been clearer – it’s just on smartphone the template 8 doesn’t show properly in portrait mode.

I’ve checked again your website on mobile and everything works fine. Please provide more information about your issue, so I can be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, please disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundle with our theme. Clear all your caches and purge the CDN file if you use and try again. After this, if your problem is still there, please make a screenshot of this because it is very useful.
