Post Template and Discussion Options are not applying

I have created a post and selected the post template 8, but the changes are not applied to the post. I have also enabled the discussion options in screen options, but it is also not applying. Please take a look at my post https://www.pakdefense.com/blog/

When I edit the post and take a preview, then everything looks fine but when I log out of my account and take a look on any browser, then no changing is applied anymore. Please help me.
