Hello,
The easiest way to do so is using css. You can target specific post by the unique post id: http://screencast.com/t/6afPVN4tJ0GR You can use your browser inspector to get it. Then you can use the id as a css class and target the ads inside the post.
I hope this helps. If you cannot do it please provide a link to your post and i will provide the necessary code to hide the ads.
