Post Templates

Hi there,

I’ve just upgraded to 10.3.3. (from 10.3.2.). It slightly confused the settings in the Panel, notably by disabling the Header Template and the Footer Template. Easy to fix (2 seconds).

However, my different templates for my posts are not displayed anymore in the panel. They are however present in the section “Cloud Templates” and were from PRO templates. It should work just fine! But why can’t I see them in my panel? It means that any new article is, by default, is the default Post template…

Edit:
As a side note, I’ve tried disabling my cache, purging, and deactivating my different plugins. They are quite common though. In addition, all lights are green in the panel.

Hi,

Please make sure that all theme plugins are activate -> https://i.imgur.com/m3zS0vQ.png
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins (except tagDiv plugins), also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

If the problem persist, please provide some screenshots and some more details.

We temporarily went back to 10.3.2. and we will try on a test server.
