If you want something like this, you should simply set up the Excerpts for that module to be .0 from the Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/264ew42gbz and the result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tWdLJ3Tg9 and therefore, you will directly have only the read more button.

After you have made these changes, ensure that you have cleared all of your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Please keep in mind that I have tested on my side and everything works as expected.

You want to remove the title as well? Enter the same in the title field. Then the posts that display in module 18 will have no title.
The period in front of the zero made the difference (.0)! I did not see the period in front of the zero on image that Catalin sent me first.

Not all modules display a read more button, they are not supposed to. There is a list of the modules that have a read more button here

Shortening or removing the excerpt will not cause a read more button to appear. If the module is supposed to display the button, it will display it regardless of excerpt settings.
