Since I installed your template, in the google search page, the post’s title and site name are merged, instead of having the |, example : Come copiare da Sky al PC o su memoria esternaeComesifa.it … instead Come copiare da Sky al PC o su memoria esterna | eComesifa.it . Which is the problem?
Check your meta data in your posts — “view source” to see what is actually there.
Normally you control your meta data with a plugin like Yoast SEO or similar.

Google “how to view page source” in your web browser …
look for the meta tags in your head area.
THAT is what is being seen by social media.
*you* have to setup your twitter tags and open graph tags using your SEO plugin. See the help/support for your plugin to learn how to use it.
