Please where do I go and what do I do? Secondly how do I add google AdSense to the site, thirdly how can I be getting help faster.

Hello !
Please make sure that you’re writing the posts title properly, and not with CAPS on.
In order to insert AdSense you will have to copy the adsense code and place it in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ad.
